find the defect before the customer does.

2 min read koalaty

koalaty is shipped. It is a quality-inspection platform for teams whose work is judged by what reaches the customer — pharma packaging, commercial print, food & beverage labels, and the everyday paperwork that has to be exactly right.

The loop is simple: hold the production run against the reference, surface the differences, and leave a record. What makes that loop usable is the way the result is presented.

  • A defect map — an annotated overlay that shows, on the artwork itself, exactly where the run drifted.
  • A five-rung quality score — excellent, good, fair, poor, review — so the operator decides without opening a spreadsheet.
  • Industry-tuned starting points for pharma, commercial, food & beverage, and the documents teams already handle, so nobody is tuning rules from a blank screen.

We built it to make QA reviews easier, not louder. The audit trail is automatic. The score is honest. The operator is still in charge — they just have a better seat.
